The big question everyone wants to know - how can we deliver your cheese to you and ensure it arrives fresh, undamaged and as delicious as if you'd bought it straight off the shelf? So we've run exhaustive packaging tests, leaving cheeses in boxes all around town, for varying lengths of time, and in a range of heat conditions, taking into account every variable that delivered cheese is likely to encounter. The result: we've come up with a packaging process that will get your cheese to you in the best possible condition.

We will only dispatch cheese between Monday and Thursday |

We don't ship on Fridays as chances are the cheese would sit somewhere over the weekend in less than ideal conditions. |

| Step 1 |
The polystyrene boxes we use come in a range of sizes to accommodate your cheese order, large or small. Note that freight costs are the same no matter how much cheese you order.

| Step 2 |
We'll put our special Dida's icepacks into the box to keep your cheese constantly cool as it makes its way to you. These are made from paper: easily recyclable once they've done their job.

| Step 3 |
The cheese will neatly sit between the ice packs, wrapped in Dida's cheese paper to keep it in ideal condition.

Any crackers you order go in a sealed plastic bag to avoid them getting moist en route.

Your entire order will then be sealed with "Fragile" tape and sent to you via courier. Our courier service is electronically tracked, so if you want to know what stage your order is at, you can just contact our call centre on 0800 733 505 and we'll be able to tell you exactly where your parcel is.
